We are seeking a licensed nurse or social- and health care assistant for a full-time position, where you will play a central role in the professional development of our home care.

As the quality-responsible coordinator your main task is to ensure high professional quality and develop the staff's competencies. At the same time you will become a close sparring partner and operational right-hand for the department management – without formal managerial responsibility.

You will thus have a role where professionalism, practice and operations meet , and where you have the opportunity to influence how Carelink Pleje develops and delivers holistic care in Esbjerg.

Your role

You must be visible and close to both staff and citizens. You will also go out into practice yourself and carry out professional assessments, dialogue and follow-up visits, and contribute to complex citizen journeys.

At the same time you will play an important role in training, onboarding and ongoing competency development of the staff. You should be the professional sparring partner that employees naturally turn to, who can both advise, set requirements for professionalism and follow up.

Your tasks

You will among other things

• develop employees' professional competencies through training, onboarding, sparring and guidance
• conduct professional assessments, dialogue and follow-up visits and contribute to complex citizen journeys
• work systematically with quality assurance and follow-up on the health care-related efforts and documentation
• support the department management in daily operations and coordination
• work closely with citizens, relatives, staff, therapists, Esbjerg Municipality and other partners
• actively contribute to the development and implementation of holistic care at Carelink Pleje Esbjerg.

We are looking for someone who

You are licensed nurse or social- and health care assistant and motivated to develop both the professionalism and the people you work with.

You are visible, proactive and action-oriented and have the professional impact needed to support the staff and set quality standards. At the same time you work structurally, take responsibility and thrive being close to daily operations.

It is an advantage if you have experience with shift planning, route planning or other planning from home care . Knowledge of Cura and Cura Plan is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
