Experienced fertility nurse or midwife with flair for quality, processes and development

At Cryos Fertility Clinic in Aarhus we are seeking an experienced nurse or midwife for a combined clinical and administrative role, where you will be part of the daily operations in the clinic and at the same time play an important role in work on optimization, quality, and development.

Your role

You bring your clinical experience into play in a new way that combines it with your strong organizational and administrative skills. Your task will include creating structure, ensuring progress, and contributing to new initiatives being implemented in practice.

Your primary areas of responsibility

Administration, quality, and development

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• contributing to creating structure and overview in the clinic's daily activities
• handling administrative tasks, including maintaining and optimizing SOPs and work processes
• ensuring quality assurance, documentation, and follow-up on procedures and improvement initiatives
• identifying and implementing new workflows that strengthen quality, efficiency, and coherence in the clinic

Clinical operations and patient pathways

At the same time you will maintain a close connection to the clinic and the patient pathways, and your clinical tasks will include:

• ((nurse)) professional advice and guidance to patients
• contributing to good and coherent patient journeys
• participation in the daily operation of the fertility clinic

The clinical part remains important because your understanding of patient pathways and the practical day-to-day life must ensure that new solutions also work in practice.

We place emphasis on our future colleague having several years of experience in the field of fertility and at the same time wanting to combine clinical expertise with administration, quality, and development.
