As a new colleague you will not stand alone. You will become part of our onboarding program where you receive a pedagogical mentor in the first long period. You must therefore be able to be guided regarding our ongoing pedagogical practices and at the same time able to provide well-reflected contributions to them.

We also offer participation in competence-building courses and ICDP courses.

As an educator at Bøgely you will also have responsibility for qualified guidance of the untrained staff.

Our current pedagogical focus is planned based on reflections about the overall group's current developmental needs and therefore takes as its starting point the work with children's sensorimotor, social and emotional development – which is a large part of our pedagogical profile.

It is based on this understanding that we plan the concrete pedagogical work, which takes place in the pedagogical community, with the trained educators as flag bearers.

We have extensive experience in working in this area, and know that it requires the ability to translate theory into concrete practice in order to succeed well.

We collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary colleagues and have a permanent occupational therapist in the staff group, just as our psychologist works in practice with qualified sparring as the aim.

Our educators must be able to articulate different pedagogical issues in both written and spoken form at a high professional and reflective level. If you are a recent graduate, you should have the ability and willingness to learn this.
