Børnehuset Videbechs Minde is seeking a professionally skilled pedagogue for our kindergarten. The position is a permanent role in our kindergarten and is intended to be filled on 1 January 2027

Børnehuset Videbechs Minde is an integrated kindergarten located in Overlund, where we have wonderful facilities both outdoors and indoors. The kindergarten accommodates 26 lovely toddlers and 50 lovely kindergarten children. The staff group, consisting of 20 employees, is ready to welcome you as our new colleague.

We work from an appreciative approach, placing emphasis on seeing the big in the small. Play and learning are central in the child’s early life, and the educator’s most important role is to support the child in positive learning processes. We work structurally with VLS, Strong Child Communities and an evaluative culture, and we are looking for a colleague who wants to put this into practice in the pedagogical work.

The salary is determined based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented professional experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
