Jonstrupvang seeks a pedagogical colleague, for a permanent evening shift

Jonstrupvang is a specialized residential and day facility in Værløse for adults, most of whom have cerebral palsy. Here 46 people live aged 18 to 60+ years, we also have a day service for around 23 day users.

We work across disciplines and with a neuro-pedagogical perspective. You don’t need to know everything in advance. Instead you must be curious, reflective and eager to learn.

We believe that a good life includes professionalism, community and celebration. Therefore we run activities year-round, go on international trips and organize our own annual festival.

We are looking for you, who

Are educated as an educator or educational assistant, and passionate about making a difference. You meet people with respect, trust and good humor. You can work independently and take initiative, but also thrive in a strong interdisciplinary community.

We emphasize that you can reflect on your own practice, share your knowledge and be loyal to joint decisions. You must be able to use IT at user level, as documentation and clear communication are a natural part of the job.

The positions are initially 28 hours, with the possibility to increase to full-time. We focus on flexible frameworks and good dialogue about working hours, so work-life balance can fit properly. As an evening shift you work a 2/5 arrangement, with 2 day shifts every 6 weeks. Start 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between Danske Regioner, FOA and Socialpædagogernes Landsforbund.

Employment is subject to obtaining satisfactory references and a criminal record check.
