Unoden seeks an educator for a maternity leave position – would you like to be part of our community?

At Unoden we are looking for a trained educator for a 37-hour maternity leave position starting January 1, 2027. We are looking for a colleague who wants to contribute with their professional expertise, personality and what you are passionate about.

We believe that strong communities arise when we bring our different competences into play. With us there is therefore room for initiative, responsibility and new ideas.

About the job and us

You will become part of an engaged team in the kindergarten, where we work with security, strong relationships, good participation opportunities and shared responsibility.

Unoden is an integrated day care with about 100 children and 26 employees. We are a musical children's house with a strong musical profile, where outdoor life, creativity and movement are a natural part of everyday life. Here it is as natural to tune the guitar as to light the fire or kick off play and movement in the playground.

We work from an appreciative and resource-oriented view of children and focus on our three T's: Security, Trust and Well-being.

You will primarily be assigned to the kindergarten, but you will also be able to get hours across the house when it makes sense.

Salary and employment terms

Salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented professional experience as well as your professional and personal qualifications. Viborg Municipality uses objective and gender-neutral criteria for salary setting in accordance with rules on equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.

Prior to employment and entering into the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position, which is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and in accordance with the relevant collective agreement. Practical info

Opening hours: 6.30–16.45, Friday until 16.00

Staff meetings: Monday–Thursday between 16.30–20.00
