Do you want to create a daily life where children can explore, learn and develop through play, movement and new experiences? At Ringertoften you get good frameworks to follow the children's curiosity, put your professional interests into play and develop pedagogy together with your colleagues.

In the kindergarten we have a strong focus on the children's linguistic and motor development. We divide the children into small groups every day and have activity plans, but we also follow the children's tracks and seize their interests and curiosity.

We go on trips in the local area, collaborate with local culture and sports associations and have annual zoo passes – so only your (and the children's) imagination sets the limits for what everyday life can offer.

We have a strong focus on development both for the individual employee and in the work community. We have professional pathways that give us a common professional language, and all employees set goals for their own development. Right now we focus on creating secure relationships. We work with attachment, interaction between children and adults, facial expressions, gesticulation and mirroring the children's feelings.

Our children and their families encompass a great diversity – from the most vulnerable to the most resourceful. We see differences as a strength and an opportunity for us to become better at working with the whole pedagogical palette – from cross-disciplinary collaboration with other professions to a strong parent collaboration, where demands are placed on our pedagogy.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a trained pedagogue – you can either be newly trained with a need for a little extra sparring or experienced with a desire for responsibility and to help set the direction for our practice
• You must be eager to learn new things in collaboration with your colleagues and eager to develop both your own and the house's pedagogical practice
• You must also have the courage to work with room leadership – for us, that means that you as a pedagogue in a room can maintain an overview, take initiative and ensure that we adhere to the structure and the agreements we have made together

About Ringertoften

We are an integrated institution, located in a brand-new building in Copenhagen's Nordvest district. Here we have some quite unique and really cool frameworks with lots of space, plenty of light, a pleasant atmosphere and good acoustics. It creates a great sense of calm in everyday life, because it is not loud here, and we can easily divide up into many different rooms.

We are six rooms in both the nursery and the kindergarten, and we think there are many advantages to being a large house. In addition to plenty of space, we also have many resources that enable us to do special projects, educate our employees and have more adults in the rooms.

We are two pedagogical leaders and also two professional coordinators, so you will always experience close professional sparring.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.

The positions are in principle 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible.

In connection with the appointment we obtain child and criminal record checks as well as references.
