Egebo seeks 3 temporary workers for evening and night shifts due to increased staffing

At Egebo we are looking for three engaged temporary staff who want to make a difference in the citizens' everyday lives.

About Egebo

Egebo is a specialized residential facility under Filadelfia's Social Services for adults with, among other things, epilepsy, acquired brain injury and other complex support needs.

We are looking for you who

• Are a pedagogue, pedagogical assistant, social- and health care assistant, social- and health care helper, nurse, student or have other relevant experience.
• Have a desire to work with people with complex needs.
• Are present, responsible and stable.

Your tasks

You will be an important part of the citizens' everyday life and among other things

• Create safety, structure and presence.
• Support the citizens in daily activities.
• Contribute to well-being and quality of life.
• Observe and respond to changes in the citizens' health and well-being.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and documentation.

Practical information

• 2 temporary positions in the evening shift and 1 temporary position in the night shift of 6 months duration with possibility of extension.
• 28 hours per week in the evening shift, night shift 28 hours 7/7
• Work every other weekend.
• Start date: 1/1-27 or by agreement
• Interviews: 25/11-26
• Application deadline: 23/11-26
• Shift plan known at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Salary and terms of employment according to applicable regional collective agreement.

Starting salary

Filadelfia is obliged to provide information about the starting salary for the position. The base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement are disclosed.

The starting salary may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

In addition to the starting salary, there may be

• Right to allowances under local pre-agreements
• Right to special allowances, e.g. for evening, night and weekend work
• Possibility to negotiate individual allowances depending on the position, as well as experience and qualifications.
