District Vadum is an interdisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health helpers and a rehabilitation coach with an occupational therapy background. In addition, we cooperate closely with a number of special functions to ensure the best possible care and treatment for our citizens.

About the position

As a nurse in District Vadum you will be part of a strong and caring team. You will be responsible for complex and diverse nursing tasks in the citizens' own homes.

The position is 37 hours or as agreed. The position is in the evening shift with every weekend. 2-3 weekends (we will discuss what fits your personal life).

About the Citizen's Fixed Team

Since 1 April 2025 we have been working in the Citizen's Fixed Team. This means that the interdisciplinary collaboration is at the forefront, and citizens meet a fixed, smaller team around them.

We work from holistic care and are organized in smaller teams, which creates high continuity and coherence in citizen pathways – both at home and in our clinics.

Your tasks will include

• To ensure nursing of high quality in the citizen's own home in the evening hours
• To guide nursing students and colleagues in learning processes
• To contribute to a good learning and working environment
• To collaborate closely with colleagues and other professional groups

• Is a licensed nurse – preferably with broad clinical experience
• Works independently and in a structured way
• Thrives in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups
• Has a positive approach and actively contributes to a good team environment
