Experienced lawyer for litigation and corporate law

Do you want to take responsibility for your own lawsuits and clients – and at the same time continue working on your corporate/commercial law specialization?

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with solid litigation experience and a strong corporate/commercial law profile.

Your background may be in general corporate law, contract law, construction law, company law or insolvency. The crucial point is that you have experience in litigating and at the same time want to work with corporate/legal advisory.

With us you will have responsibility. For your cases, for contact with clients and for the advice you provide. And you will have the opportunity to shape both your own role and the practice areas you work with.

Process combined with corporate/commercial law

Litigation will be a significant part of your work. You will handle lawsuits and work on disputes, pleadings, legal assessments, negotiations and main hearings.

At the same time there must be room for your other professional profile. Depending on your experience you can combine litigation with e.g. general corporate advisory, contract law, construction law, company law or insolvency.

You will have your own cases and client relationships, but you will not be alone with them. We work together on the cases when it makes sense, and you will work with both partners and other colleagues in the corporate team.

You have the opportunity to shape your role

If you have already built a particular area of expertise, there must be room to develop it further with us. You will have the opportunity to develop your client relationships, and if you have ideas on how we can develop our advisory or business, there is a short path from idea to decision.

Who are you?

You are a lawyer and have several years of experience with litigation and corporate advisory. You have conducted lawsuits yourself and wish to continue to have litigation as a significant part of your work.

We expect you to be able to manage your own cases and client relationships and to be used to advising companies with an eye for both the law and the business context in which the advice must operate.

Your professional profile can be broad or more specialized. You may, for example, have experience with general corporate law, contract law, construction law, company law or insolvency. The most important thing is that you come with experience you can use from the start.
