Experienced project and design lead – Copenhagen

P+P arkitekter seeks an experienced project- and design-management leader to our office in Copenhagen, who will be involved in strengthening our project- and design-management on Zealand. The position is organizationally linked to our Aalborg office, but with a fixed desk in Inner Copenhagen. You will be part of a strong professional environment with great variation in task types and close collaboration across P+P's locations.

The position

As project- and design-manager at P+P arkitekter you will have a central role in steering projects from the early phases to handover. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal professionals and ensure that projects are carried out with high architectural quality, solid design and strong process management.

You will have a role with a high degree of freedom, influence and good colleagues as well as the opportunity to work with many different project types. The tasks span broadly across new construction, renovation, social housing, public and private clients and larger and smaller projects in different phases.

There will continue to be a clear variation in task types, and the position can also include tasks that are solved across the country – including projects with ties to East Jutland. You will therefore be part of a daily life where professional breadth, coordination and the ability to create progress across teams are central elements.

You will work in close collaboration with P+P’s project management group and the daily management across our locations.

Competencies

Experience with project- and design-management is a requirement. In addition we would like you to have some of the following competencies:

• Architect, building constructor or engineer with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project- and design-management of complex construction projects.
• Experience with total- and architectural consultancy as well as execution of tender projects in total consultancy.
• Experience with renovation, preferably within social housing.
• Experience with YBL18 and the services of design management, as well as tender forms, contracts and AB18.
• Solid knowledge of the Building Regulations, technical standards and design methods.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills and clear communication across disciplines and parties.
• Overview, decisiveness and willingness to take responsibility, develop and learn from you.

Your everyday life in Copenhagen

You will have your daily base at our office in Inner Copenhagen and become part of P+P arkitekters overall professional community of about 80 colleagues. The position is organizationally linked to the Aalborg office, and we collaborate closely across locations.

Our studio in Copenhagen is newly started, and you help develop it in close collaboration with P+P’s management. Through your projects, experiences and ideas you will have the opportunity to influence daily routines, workflows and the professional environment.

You should expect to be in Aalborg or Aarhus about once a month.

You will have your daily base at our new office in Inner Copenhagen, which we have established in collaboration with URBAN POWER. Here you will become part of an inspiring professional environment with good partners and at the same time part of P+P arkitekter's total professional community with about 80 colleagues. The position is organizationally linked to our Aalborg office, and you will work closely with colleagues across locations.
