About the job

As an administrative SMART employee you will be a key person for the rollout and the daily support of our digitized warehouse and supply solutions (including 2-bin Kanban systems and modular depots). You will be responsible for tying together the threads between operations, administration, and external partners.

Your main tasks will include

  • Project management and implementation: Manage and drive rollout projects of SMART supply at new premises and health and care facilities (SOP/ASP) from idea to full operation.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Ensure clear and professional dialogue with clinical staff, leaders, and external suppliers. Prepare guidelines, processes, and presentations.
  • Back-office and system administration: Monitor and maintain master data, Kanban brick structures, and optimize goods flow in our systems (e.g., SAP/Jira).
  • Process optimization and 5S: Ongoing evaluation, data analysis of consumption patterns, and quality assurance of depot standards in collaboration with our operational teams.

We offer

  • A central and independent key role in an exciting unit with extensive interface across the region.
  • A and ample opportunity to shape your own mark on the future of health logistics.
  • An engaged team with a strong professional environment , high job satisfaction and focus on common goals.
  • Good opportunities for professional and personal development in line with the rollout of the health reform.

We place emphasis on you

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speech and able to build good relationships across professional groups.
  • Have project management experience , preferably within logistics, the health sector, or implementation of new working methods/IT systems.
  • Work structured, analytically and keep a cool head – even when many balls are in the air.
  • Are self-driven, proactive and good at translating strategic goals into practical, operational solutions.
  • Are adaptable to change and thrive in a development-oriented organization.
  • Class B driving license
