About the job

Do you want to combine professional development with citizen-centered practice?

Are you passionate about developing the social-pedagogical effort for adults with ADHD/autism, and would you like to maintain close contact with the citizens?

Then you now have the opportunity to become a professional coordinator and social-pedagogical advisor in the ADHD/autism area at the Center for Social Rehabilitation.

We are establishing a new function, where professional coordination is combined with citizen-centered practice. Therefore we are seeking an engaged and professionally strong colleague who wants to help shape an important specialist role in the organization.

As a professional coordinator you will be a key person in the work to strengthen the quality and coherence of our support to adults with ADHD/autism. You will become an important sparring partner for both staff and management, while continuing to play an active role in the citizen-centered work.

This is a new function that gives you the opportunity to shape both the role and the professional development. If you are motivated to create coherence between specialized knowledge, professional methods and the concrete practice around the citizens, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

A daily life with both development and practice

The position is structured so that you both have the opportunity to make a difference for the individual citizen and to contribute to developing the overall effort in the ADHD/autism area.

You will, as a starting point, work with citizen-oriented tasks 2 to 3 days a week as a social-pedagogical advisor. The remaining time is used for professional coordination, sparring, quality development and support for the staff group.

We believe that the best professional development is created close to practice. Therefore we want a professional coordinator who remains an active part of everyday life around the citizens.

You must help translate strategies, specialized knowledge, professional methods and development initiatives into a practice where citizens experience high quality, coherence and support for recovery, well-being and as independent a life as possible.

You do not have personnel responsibility, but you function as a professional key person and link between management and staff. You support professional development, coordinate actions and contribute to translating joint decisions into practice.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, be responsible for at least

  • supporting the department management in the professional development and coordination in the ADHD/autism area
  • contributing to a common professional direction and high quality in the social-pedagogical effort
  • bringing specialized knowledge about ADHD/autism into daily practice
  • advising and sparring with staff in complex citizen journeys
  • supporting documentation and quality assurance in Nexus
  • contributing to the implementation of professional methods, workflows and development initiatives
  • supporting recovery-oriented and rehabilitative efforts
  • contributing to arranging support with a focus on the individual citizen's resources, needs and possibilities for coping
  • participating in a strong interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration
  • creating space for reflection, learning and professional development in the staff group
  • being a visible and accessible professional sparring partner for colleagues and temporary staff in daily task solving

We are looking for someone who

  • has a relevant social, pedagogical or health-related education
  • has experience with or in-depth knowledge of ADHD/autism and the challenges that can accompany adult life
  • has experience with social psychiatry and preferably support under the Danish Service Act § 85
  • has strong social work competencies and a solid methodological foundation
  • can translate specialized knowledge into concrete and practical professional tools in practice
  • works recovery-oriented with an affirming and resource-focused approach
  • thrives in coordinating and creating coherence between people, professionalism and practice
  • is a skilled communicator who can inspire, involve and create engagement
  • works in a structured way and keeps an overview in a busy and changing daily life
  • takes responsibility, is proactive and can work independently
  • has experience with documentation, quality development and written communication
  • sees the value in interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contributes to a strong work community

Therefore you should choose us

With us you get more than just a new job.

You will be part of a workplace with high professional ambitions, where we believe that quality is created through collaboration, reflection and the courage to continually develop our practice.

We offer, among other things

  • opportunity to shape the development of the ADHD/autism area
  • opportunity to combine development work with citizen-centered practice
  • great freedom and responsibility in task solving
  • engaged and skilled colleagues with high professionalism
  • ongoing professional sparring and good opportunities for competence development
  • a workplace characterized by trust, humor, collaboration and ambitions on behalf of the citizens

You will be part of a strong professional community where we help each other, share knowledge and prioritize a good working environment.

The workday is varied, and you largely plan your own tasks within the framework of your meeting schedule. We meet the citizens in their own homes, at CSR's premises or where the effort makes the most sense.

Are you ready for the next step?

Would you like to use your professional skills to develop the ADHD/autism area, support the staff, strengthen the quality of the efforts and make a noticeable difference for the citizens?
