Your role

As a subject-matter resource person you will play a central role in developing professional practice across the disability area’s offerings. You will become an important sounding board for both leaders and staff and will have a special responsibility for introduction, onboarding and competence development of new staff , so our shared professional approach is translated into practice from day one.

Your tasks

• Support the implementation of our professional approach and methods - APPRECIATIVE APPROACH - KRAP – ASK - LA2U
• Contribute to competence development, teaching and professional sparring.
• Strengthen the quality of professional documentation, outcome goals and sub-goal work.
• Facilitate professional development processes and learning pathways.
• Support leaders and staff in the work with citizens’ development and well-being.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant social-pedagogical education.
• Has experience from the disability area / the specialized adult sector.
• Has strong competencies within professional documentation and pedagogical practice.
• Can translate theory into practice and create engagement and learning in others.
• Can and dare to take initiative and inspire others
• Works independently, in a structured and development-oriented way.
• Takes pride in co-creating others’ learning and the unfolding of potential.
• Dares to lead in professional development and be clear in professionalism.
• Wants to challenge habits and existing practice and can ask the curious questions that co-create to anchor the disability area’s professional foundation.
