We are seeking two new colleagues for permanent positions in our 24-hour staffed special provision for adults with developmental disabilities in severe to profound degree, including several with autism.

Permanent position with cross-disciplinary focus

We are seeking two employees for permanent positions with a holistic and cross-cutting aim. This means you will have a primary team and will be attached to one house regarding meeting activity and collaboration structure, but you can also be scheduled to work in another house.

About Koktvedparken

Koktvedparken is a 24-hour staffed special provision that operates from a clear resource perspective, where health- and social-pedagogical efforts go hand in hand in meaningful everyday life.

We have sensory room, spa, sensory garden, craft room and good staff facilities in our administration building. All buildings are connected via covered walkways.

All citizens have a need for individually tailored support, both habilitative and activating, and several also have a need for compensatory support, for example during transfers and hygiene.

Your daily life with us

As an employee at Koktvedparken you will become an important partner in the citizens' lives and development. Your tasks will include:

• Make everyday life easier, more enjoyable and as manageable as possible for the individual citizen
• Plan and perform compensatory and activating support
• Create meaningful activities, also for citizens in the holistic offering
• Support, guide and actively participate in daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and hygiene
• Support social relations, communities and conflict management

• Have experience with structure pedagogy and total communication
• Are empathetic and clear in the relationship to both citizens and colleagues from a professional standpoint
• Are eager to work flexibly and see the strength in cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Are curious about new knowledge and can translate theory into practice in relational work
• Have a driver's license

Salary and terms of employment

These are permanent positions up to 37 hours, where you as an applicant have the opportunity to indicate a preference for a lower number of hours.

Working hours will be day and evening shifts. As a rule, every second weekend and holidays are worked, with the benefits it also gives in terms of days off on weekdays.

The positions are for occupation from 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. A criminal record check and references are obtained before final appointment.
