As an on-call substitute at Habitus you can expect long shifts, which give you few working days and thus high flexibility in your private life. You will work every day with colleagues who – like you – are passionate about helping those who have it hardest.

We expect that you have

• A flexible approach to working hours, also on weekends
• A professional skill set that allows you to show calm when the waves are high
• A high degree of empathy, honesty and willingness to take responsibility
• Experience with personal care
• Driving license B
