The culture is informal with short decision paths, where collaboration, responsibility and professional pride are central values. The company is growing and works purposefully to strengthen its position as a leading player in composite-based solutions for the maritime industry.

The company has its own design office and production and currently employs 41 staff across engineers, boat builders, technicians, administration, sales and production. Customers are located both on the Danish and international markets.
