Head of Function for Monitoring & Corporate KYC in Aalborg in a cooperative-owned Nykredit group

We are seeking an experienced leader for our corporate team in Aalborg. Your key responsibilities

As head of function for Monitoring & KYC Corporate Team 3 you will be responsible for setting the direction for a team that works with some of the most central areas in the financial sector. The team handles a wide range of tasks within customer knowledge (KYC) and combating financial crime, including:

• Updating customer data and customer knowledge (KYC).
• Collection, checking and verification of documentation.
• Drafting recommendations and assessments of the Nykredit Group's risks in collaboration with the customer's advisor.
• Communication with colleagues and customers.
• Ongoing development and improvements of processes and workflows.
• Operation of the AML Hotline for sparring with internal stakeholders.

You will become part of an environment where high professionalism, collaboration and development are in focus. In close collaboration with the management team in the Business Department, you will be responsible for running, prioritizing and further developing both AML tasks, processes and employees.

We are looking for a head of function who can create results and continuous improvements through their team and ensure good customer experiences. You have a solid managerial background from the financial sector and solid experience in the corporate area. In addition, we expect that you have:

• experience with people management and the ability to motivate and develop employees,
• strong skills in operations management, planning and continuous improvements,
• the ability to set a clear direction, follow up on performance and create a positive work environment,
• insight into laws and processes within AML/KYC and an interest in contributing to development in the area,
• good collaboration skills across organizational levels.
