The social-psychiatric residential facility Klintegården is seeking staff who are professionally well-founded, compassionate and empathic – and who want to bring their professionalism into play in everyday life.

Who are we?

Klintegården is a social-psychiatric residential facility where 67 residents have their home. Here live people with various and complex psychiatric diagnoses, each with their own unique approach to the world, some with dual diagnoses and others with acquired brain injury and many with compounded social conditions – in short: people with life histories.

At Klintegården we work recovery-oriented with a narrative and systemic way of thinking. Professional sparring and discussions are highly valued, as they help lift us to new levels.

Klintegården is a sports-certified residential facility, but you do not need to be a marathon runner or elite athlete, but bike rides on a shared bicycle, Dora, a pétanque ball in hand or being in the training room together with the residents can be invaluable in the pedagogical work.
