We are seeking a social- and health care assistant who wants to become part of a professionally strong and warm community in Home Care Vejen North.

A meaningful day and influence

The position is as a day shift by default, where you have a daily life close to the citizens and their lives. Evening shifts may occur. The position is at 37 hours – or by agreement , so there is room for flexibility.

With us you won't just be part of the operation – you will become an important partner in creating quality and coherence in the citizens' journeys.

As a social- and health care assistant you have an important role as the contact person for an area. This means that you, together with your colleagues, help to:

• create an overview, continuity and coherence for the citizens
• support colleagues in daily task execution
• follow up on actions and ensure that changes for the citizens are acted upon
