Hjørring Municipality seeks 6 pedagogical assistant apprentices

Are you planning to take the education to become a pedagogical assistant?

Hjørring Municipality offers 6 apprentice positions that provide you with the prerequisites to work in day and residential institutions. You can also choose to use the education to study further, for example as an educator.

The pedagogical assistant education provides fundamental knowledge of how to perform pedagogical work for children and young people, as well as for people who have physical and mental disabilities.

The education alternates between classroom periods and internships. The internship places are geographically distributed throughout Hjørring Municipality, including day and 24-hour services for children and adults.

We expect you to

• Have completed or are in the process of completing Grundforløb 2 on the pedagogy track at SOSU
• Are interested in working with people
• Are motivated to develop yourself personally and professionally
• Can take responsibility for the education program
• Are reliable
• Keep appointments
• Live up to the employer's values and guidelines
• Are prepared for changing working hours and, in some cases, evening, night and weekend work.
