About De Skæve Boliger

De Skæve Boliger is a social-educational residential facility under the Danish Social Services Act sections 107 and 108, and is part of Lunde Forsorgshjem. The residentshave complex social challenges and may, among other things, live with mental health difficulties, substance use issues, and previous homelessness.

The work mainly consists of relationship work and social-pedagogical support. You support the residents based on their individual needs and the professional interventions. This may include support for structure in daily life, practical tasks, appointments and contact with relevant partners.

De Skæve Boliger is not a care or health provision. The work therefore does not include personal care, nursing tasks or medication management.

We are looking for you who

• Are currently pursuing relevant education, have a social-work or pedagogical education, or have experience in the field, for example as a pedagogical assistant.
• Preferably have experience from the specialized social sector.
• Are good at building relations and meet people with respect and recognition.
• Have an eye for each resident's needs and can support within the framework of the professional interventions.
• Can work independently and stay calm in unpredictable situations.
• Can document the social-work interventions.
• Are flexible with regard to working hours and weekend shifts.
• Have a driver's license for a standard car.

Working hours

Shifts are typically 8 to 10 hours with start times at 8:00 or 9:00. For activities and special tasks, working hours may, for example, be from 10:00 to 20:00. Weekend shifts also occur.
