Bofællesskabet Lykke Marie is a highly specialized well-functioning group home for young people with multiple mental and physical functional variations. As an employee at Lykke Marie, you work both day and evening, with long shifts every 4th weekend. The meeting time in the morning is at 6:30 a.m., in the afternoon the meeting time is often at 2:30 p.m.

A bit about us: At Lykke Marie there live 24 young people distributed across three houses. The young people communicate in many different ways, very few have verbal language. We work with alternative or augmentative communication (AAC) , which is a big focus for us, e.g. Sign Supported Danish (TTD), pictograms and digital communication aids, some with exciting eye-tracking technology. It is therefore a clear advantage if you have knowledge of AAC, as well as a flair for navigating the digital universe, and if not, we are ready to train you for this.

Our group home is located in natural surroundings, our physical framework and possibilities are fantastic, there is space and atmosphere and good staffing levels.

Our staff group is composed of different professional backgrounds, which provides ample opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing.
