IT employee for CTR – OT

Do you want to help ensure good OT in a critical infrastructure organization? And would you influence our IT/OT setup together with your three IT colleagues and our IT manager?

CTR is Denmark's largest transmission company in the district heating sector, and we deliver heat to over 340,000 homes in the capital region. As part of the green transition, CTR stands in the middle of an exciting transformation where modern technologies, distribution and cybersecurity are crucial for our future.

We are looking for another OT/IT colleague who will help continue to ensure stable and secure operation, while we develop, rethink and document a robust platform.

IT is a small department consisting of 4 permanent employees and an apprentice, so you will not exclusively work with OT.

You contribute to ensuring that both administrative systems and the OT systems that control the district heating supply function optimally, just as you will play an important role in ensuring IT security and compliance.

Your tasks will include

• Support for internal and external users, as well as collaboration with - and management of external partners.
• Implementation and maintenance of IT security solutions in accordance with NIS2
• Contribute to an efficient and well-documented OT/IT structure that ensures stability and security in the systems.
• Participate in on-call duty in the future

In addition to daily support and operations, you will also actively participate in development projects that require you to plan and juggle several tasks simultaneously.

About you – experience and competencies

We envision that you have experience with both IT and OT environments in a segmented network and thrive in a role where overview, systematic thinking and perseverance are essential. You must have a focus on both availability & security, which is almost always a balancing act.

We place emphasis on, that you

• Have experience with operation and support of ICS, SCADA, PLC as well as knowledge of both OT security and the Purdue model.
• Familiarity with LAN networks
• Have experience with operation and support of IT systems in Microsoft environments and have knowledge of both IT security and ITIL processes.
• Thrive in an organization where there is a focus on collaboration, and where you get the opportunity to both solve daily operations tasks and contribute to the development of new solutions.
• Work in a structured way and can transfer some of your good ways of working to your colleagues.
• Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and can handle several parallel tasks without losing an overview.
• You have experience with administrative support of compliance, e.g., document control, follow-up on deadlines and requirements (e.g., within GDPR, NIS2, CER or equivalent).
• Have strong written skills and are able to communicate clearly and precisely.
• Have a driving license
• Proficient in Danish, spoken and written.

Salary and employment terms

Terms of employment are under the applicable agreement with KL and include flexible working hours, a pension scheme, health insurance and other employee benefits.

Start date 01-02-2027.
