About the job

Nordic RCC – supporting security of supply and the green energy transition

Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark—helping ensure the efficient operation of the Nordic power system and a high level of security of supply.

At Nordic RCC, stable and reliable services are critical. We're looking for a Problem and Incident Manager who thrives on finding the root cause, solving recurring issues, and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead problem investigations, facilitate root cause analyses, and work across teams and vendors to ensure incidents don't happen twice. Your mission is simple: improve service stability and strengthen operational resilience

What you'll do

  • Own and develop the Problem Management process.
  • Lead root cause investigations and post-incident reviews.
  • Identify trends and drive preventive improvements.
  • Coordinate resolution efforts across teams and suppliers.
  • Support major incidents and ensure lessons learned become actions.
  • Help improve service reliability and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Problem, Incident, Service, or IT Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service management practices.
  • A proactive mindset focused on solving problems permanently.

Why join us?

You'll play a key role in supporting the critical infrastructure that powers the Nordic energy market while working with skilled colleagues in an international and collaborative environment.

Our values of fellowship, curiosity, respect and transparency have been defined by our employees. They express how we behave and shape the way we work together, and we expect you to recognise yourself in them.

Application deadline

Please apply online (in English) no later than 11/11-2026. Interviews will be held on a rolling  basis  up until the right candidate has been found.

To ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process, we kindly request that you do not include photographs in your CVs or application materials.

Note that as part of the recruitment process, the candidate must undergo a satisfactory background check. The position is also conditioned upon a national security clearance. Both will be facilitated by Nordic RCC. You can read more on security clearance here . Please also note that the process includes that any spouse, registered partner, cohabitant, steady partner, co-resident, child over 18 living at home and parent with the same address as the candidate must also consent to be examined.
