Job at a psychiatric residential facility in calm, homely surroundings

The Præstegården Residential Care Facility is seeking a new colleague for a permanent position with rotating shifts in accordance with the Social Services Act §§ 107 and 108 .

🕒 About the position

• Average 28 hours per week with the possibility of more
• Working hours: day and evening shifts
• Weekend work: Every 2nd weekend
• Start date: By agreement

Præstegården is a residential care facility with a focus on safety, presence and structure . We place a strong emphasis on creating a calm and homely atmosphere for our residents, where coziness, the changing seasons and celebrating birthdays are a natural part of everyday life.

🙋♀️ Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a professionally relevant education – e.g. such as

• Social and health care assistant or SOSU helper
• Pedagogical assistant
• Pedagogue
• Unskilled with experience in the field.

You are naturally calm, have an appreciative approach and thrive in an environment with residents with mental health challenges. You are proactive and have an eye for the small things in everyday life and take pride in creating a meaningful daily life for our residents. You are able to balance professionalism and warmth and want to be part of a small, engaged team.

To be considered for the position you must have a driver’s license and be willing to drive in Præstegården’s minibus also in larger towns.
