About the job

Do you have both a concern for the sick citizen and the company's perspective? Then here is an exciting and versatile job, where you help create good solutions that support citizens' return to the labor market.

We are seeking as soon as possible a new employee, since one of our skilled colleagues is leaving. You will become part of our fantastic workplace with high professionalism and focus on a good working environment.

We have recently divided the sickness benefit department into 2 divisions, where one division handles the early sickness benefit efforts, in which this position is placed. The department comprises a total of 28 employees, of whom 21 case workers and 4 business consultants, 2 team coordinators and a functional manager.

Your daily life will consist of conversations with sick-listed citizens with and without employment, meetings with partners in the social and health sector, follow-up meetings with companies, authority tasks, collaboration with business consultants and professional sparring with colleagues and team coordinators.

We expect that

  • You are a social worker or social facilitator, and very preferably with experience in the employment area
  • Believe in the citizen and work with a job-focused approach - whether it means helping the citizen back to their own workplace or with a career change
  • You have good communication and collaboration skills
  • You thrive in the authority role and in making decisions
  • You are decisive, structured and good at creating overview
  • You have a positive outlook on life and are attracted to a work environment that is sometimes busy
  • You are comfortable as a meeting facilitator and are service-minded in collaboration with companies

It doesn't matter if you have special knowledge about a specific target group or are an expert in § 7.

We offer you

  • A meaningful job with good opportunities to support citizens in returning to the labor market
  • A well-functioning department with competent and engaged colleagues - both professionally and socially
  • Regular professional sparring
  • Supervision
  • Onboarding and introduction program
  • A workplace with focus on competence development and learning

Competence development

In recent years we have focused on developing our conversations, and in this context participated in competence development in the meta-cognitive method as well as LØFT. Additionally we prioritize professional reflective sparring, as we believe it can give us a broader perspective with more options and learning in cases. We believe we need each other to solve the task as best as possible. We are about to undertake a upskilling program in "reflective practice".
