About the job

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position of 37 hours per week in our outpatient clinic for head/neck cancer, skin cancer and rare diseases with employment on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Here you follow patients closely through their cancer journey and have the opportunity to make a noticeable difference for both patients and relatives.

A small team with strong cohesion

We are a small outpatient clinic where nurses, doctors and secretary work closely together every day. The close multidisciplinary contact provides short decision paths, high professional quality and a good working environment.

One of the advantages of being a smaller outpatient clinic is that we get to know our patients really well. We follow them closely through their treatment course, often over months or years, and create relationships that make a real difference.

With us you will become part of a team with strong professional competencies and many years of experience. You will always have experienced colleagues to consult with, but we are also looking for a new colleague who brings fresh eyes, curiosity and a desire to develop both themselves and the clinic. We believe the best solutions arise when experience and new ideas meet.

What will you work with?

You will, among other things

  • advise our patients and their relatives in connection with radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy
  • administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy
  • coordinate patient pathways and create overview in complex cases
  • work with both rehabilitative, palliative and existential aspects of nursing
  • work closely with doctors, secretary and other professional groups around the patient

We meet patients in treatments that are curative, life-prolonging and follow-up.

We make sure you get a good start

You will receive an individual introduction program with five weeks of training outside the norm together with an experienced contact nurse.

In addition we offer among other things

  • Basic course in cancer nursing
  • Course in medical cancer treatment
  • Ongoing professional sparring and teaching
  • Good opportunities for further education and skills development

We hope that you

  • want to work with cancer patients and their relatives
  • are curious and motivated to learn new things
  • thrive in a small team with strong collaboration
  • wish to contribute to a good working environment
  • have an interest in both the human and the clinical part of nursing

Practical

Working hours primarily Monday to Friday during daytime. In addition you will be on weekend duty approx. every 6-12 weekends in the Department for Cancer Treatment's joint inpatient ward.

Application deadline: 19 November 2026
