KITCHEN HELPER/CHURCH CUSTODIAN SOUGHT FOR Aale-Linnerup Churches as of January 1, 2027 Would you like to help create coziness, community and good moments in the church?

We are looking for an engaged and approachable kitchen helper for our many different events.

It is a small and versatile position with an average of 15 hours per month, where the working hours vary according to activities and events.

You will among other things

• Prepare/pick up and plate food
• Make coffee and tea
• Help with service and cleanup
• Ensure a clean and cozy kitchen
• Assist before, during and after various events

You will meet children, youth, adults and the elderly at Companionship (d) and Eat Together, confirmation and mini-confirmation activities, grief group, bedtime stories for children and much more.

We are looking for you who

• Are flexible, service-minded and responsible
• Have a good overview and are happy to take action
• Want to be part of the church community

You do not need a specific education or kitchen experience. The most important is that you are practically oriented, have a desire for the task and meet people with a smile.

There is a obligation to render service at other employing authorities in the deanery in accordance with the agreements, but the parish council enters into or has entered into.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår Employment and remuneration are carried out under the applicable general collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and OAO-S, as well as the organizational agreement for church custodians, etc., and the accompanying protocoll attached between the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs and the Danish Church Custodians Association. Current civil service church custodians have the right to retain their civil service status when employed with direct transition. In that case, the position shall be classified.

It is a condition that the mandatory 5-week church custodian training is completed within two years after the start of employment, if you have not already completed it.

Current annual full-time salaries

The annual salary is agreed within the range of 324,667.02 DKK – 408,841.08 DKK (current prices).

The position is covered by a duty to be available. The annual availability allowance is 33,230.62 DKK (current prices).

In addition, an OK allowance of 1,400.52 DKK annually (current prices).

Pension contributions of 15% are paid to SAMPENSION.

Note that the stated amounts apply to a full-time position. Salary, OK allowance and availability allowance are calculated pro rata according to the position’s hours. Final pay grade is agreed between the parish council and the Danish Church Custodians Association.
