Due to ongoing development and growth, we are seeking an engaged and skilled teacher for Stævnes School and Residential Facility with employment from 1 May 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About the position

As a teacher at Stævnes School and Residential Facility, you will play a central role in students' academic, social and personal development.

You will teach both small groups and individual students in 1:1 programs, where teaching is tailored to the individual student’s resources, needs and development goals.

We are looking for a teacher who can combine strong academic competencies with a professional and relationship-oriented approach, and who thrives on thinking creatively and flexibly in their teaching.

Your tasks

Teaching students in small groups and individual teaching programs

Planning, conducting and evaluating teaching based on the student’s individual needs

Contributing to the development of innovative and motivating learning environments

Supporting students' academic, social and personal development

Actively participating in interdisciplinary collaborations and meetings

Collaboration with parents and other partners

Contributing to creating a safe, structured and developmental daily life for the students

Employment
