The Jungle Nursery is seeking an experienced pedagogue for our lovely nursery in the kindergarten , 30-37 hours per week from 1 January 2027 or earlier if it suits you.

Is it also important to you to practice friendly, cheerful and caring pedagogy with both mind and heart, while at the same time having a high professional insight into children's well-being and development?

Junglen is a nursery with HIGH pedagogical quality across all rooms. Junglen consists of two smaller houses, one filled with lovely toddler children, while the other is filled with fantastic kindergarten children. We are a large staff group, some of whom are relatively new, while others have been at Junglen for many years. The new view of children is our shared foundation and the throughline in our pedagogical practice. It is important to us that everyone is included and has a voice in the development of the pedagogical practice.

We are a staff group with high engagement and great motivation to create and further develop inclusive learning environments of high pedagogical quality. We focus on play and a playful approach. We work purposefully with structure, routines, recognisability and preparation surrounded by clear principles for child leadership.

We are attentive to the child perspective and an appreciative approach and continuously adjust and experiment with initiating trial actions in our pedagogical practice. Through co-creative processes in the staff group we continuously work on developing the pedagogical professionalism.
