Nurse (clinical supervisor) for neurological inpatient ward, Neurology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Regional Hospital Gødstrup

You will be a clinical supervisor for about half of your working time and the rest of the time a nurse in the neurological inpatient ward.

In clinical supervision you will enter into a partnership with another nurse, with whom you share the responsibility.

We are currently working with a learning zone, where our vision is to create a special learning environment for students, trainees and newly hired staff in the department across disciplines. You will be a central part of this work, which takes place in close collaboration with other professional groups' supervisors as well as our introduction/onboarding supervisor nurse and others with education/development responsibility.

If you do not already have the supervisor qualification, we offer it.

In the remaining working time you will gain valuable knowledge about neurology, which is a varied specialty with both short, acute pathways and somewhat longer hospitalizations.

We need you who have a big nursing heart and pedagogical ambitions - then we will help you on the way with regard to the actual specialty.

This is a full-time permanent position in mixed shifts.

You should expect a shift about every 3rd weekend.
