We are looking for nurses for the upcoming health and care placements, where the focus is on development, and therefore this hire could be combined with the possibility of weekend work in the upcoming regional acute team.

Borgernær Sundhed in Hospitalsenhed Midt is looking for nurses who want to be involved from the start in Borgernær Sundhed, where the local health service is to be shaped in practice. The department has been established in connection with the implementation of the health reform to create coherent pathways, high professional quality and health closer to the citizens. Borgernær Sundhed will take on tasks from 1 January 2027, which today are part of the municipal health offering.

Our core task is very clear: we collaborate with citizens to strengthen health and promote citizens' independent and meaningful lives. As a nurse with us you will play a central role in translating this core task into action – every day, in every process.

This is a permanent full-time position of 37 hours per week with start on 1 December 2026 with mixed shifts, and we aim for people to work in two shift blocks – day/evening, day/night or evening/night with weekend shifts every 3 weeks. This is a position where there will be opportunities for weekend shifts either at the health and care placements or in the upcoming regional acute team.

The upcoming health and care placements will be located at the temporary sites in Skive Municipality, currently called Gnisten. They will be part of Borgernær Sundhed and will become a ward with 24 beds in Skive.

Common to them and their relatives is that they find themselves in a newly arisen situation where they need increased help from professionals. Therefore there is a strong focus on collaboration between social and health care assistants, nurses and therapists.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement in the field.

With reference to the Child Appointment Act in connection with the employment of staff, a child certificate will be obtained in connection with potential employment.

Employment is with Region Midtjylland with service initially at Hospitalsenhed Midt, read more about the overall hospital unit here.

The position is essentially a full-time position.
