A bit about Svinninge home care and nursing;

You will become part of a professionally proud nursing group, consisting of 6 nurses. We work closely together, are engaged in our work and have a good camaraderie. We help each other and actively work with everyone's development. We place emphasis on professional and social interaction in daily life, and we have good opportunities for sparring and knowledge sharing.

We offer a permanent day shift, with work every 4th weekend.

As a nurse in Svinninge, which is a combined town and rural district, you will meet the complex patient journey where your professional and instrumental skills come into play.

It would also be an advantage if you are interested in helping to further develop our local nursing clinic.

You will have ample opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally, together with skilled colleagues in a close team-based community. And you will become a natural part of a broad multidisciplinary team, consisting of SSH, SSA, nurses, rehab therapist, assessor, as well as other collaborators.

We are looking for you who;

• Are a trained nurse with broad clinical experience
• Are able to handle a fluctuating daily life, where problem solving and flexibility are important
• Can apply your clinical leadership and make decisions in stable, acute and complex nursing – and treatment courses in interaction with the citizen and their family
• Are good at planning, prioritizing tasks, and keeping an overview even in pressured situations
• Can work independently, but at the same time prioritizes sparring with colleagues and a good work environment
• Have a respectful and positive view of people, and naturally work from the rehabilitative mindset with basis in the individual citizen's priorities and resources
• A valid driver's license is a condition

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment according to current collective agreement.
