About the position

Clinic for Brain and Nerve Diseases is seeking an engaged and responsible nurse for our neurological specialty practice in Næstved from January 2027.

The clinic conducts evaluation, treatment and follow-up of patients with Parkinson's disease, headaches, epilepsy and other neurological diseases.

We offer a workplace in a smaller specialist practice where patient contact, professionalism, structure and good service are central.

Your duties

Your primary tasks will be

• Independently conduct nursing consultations under the supervision of the specialist physician.
• Follow-up of patients with neurological diseases, including performing relevant clinical measurements and examinations according to agreed guidelines.
• Telephone appointment scheduling and planning of patients' appointments.
• Administrative tasks, including handling and sending electronic prescriptions and referrals according to the clinic's guidelines.
• Medical record-keeping and documentation in the electronic journal system EG Clinea.
• Other relevant clinical and administrative tasks related to patient pathways.

We seek someone who

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has an interest in neurology and preferably experience from a neurological outpatient clinic.
• Can work independently and in a structured way while also collaborating closely with the specialist.
• Is approachable and communicates clearly and professionally with patients.
• Has good administrative IT skills.
• Understands confidentiality and handling of sensitive patient information.
• Thrives with a combination of patient contact, telephone service and administrative tasks.
• Meets patients with empathy, calm and professionalism.

Experience from a neurological outpatient clinic or specialist practice is an advantage.

You will receive an introduction to the clinic's workflows and journal system.

Working hours and terms of employment

The position is essentially for three days a week from 08:00 to 15:00, corresponding to 21 hours per week.

There may later be an opportunity to expand the working hours to four days a week by agreement and the clinic's needs.

Salary and other terms of employment are negotiated based on qualifications and applicable terms.
