At Hellevadlund we are in the middle of an exciting development, and we are looking for nurses who want to make a difference for citizens with complex health needs.

With us you will have the opportunity to work with complex clinical issues in a close and integrated patient journey. You will follow the patient closely and become a central professional in the collaboration between patient, relatives, municipality, general practice and hospital.

We are based in Klokkerholm near Hjallerup and with a short distance to Aalborg.

Your tasks

You will play a central role including

• Clinical assessments and nursing professional decision-making
• Complex and unstable patient journeys
• Rehabilitation and holistic interventions
• Interdisciplinary and cross-sector coordination
• Early detection of changes in patients' condition
• Development and quality assurance of nursing practice
• Implementation of new knowledge and professional sparring with colleagues

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse

Experience from municipal nursing, medical specialties, acute care or rehabilitation is an advantage, but your motivation and professional curiosity are the most important.

Practical information

The position is normally 37 hours per week. There will mainly be day shifts, but mixed shifts can be agreed. Weekend shifts can be expected every 3rd-4th weekend.

Start date: December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for non-management staff in the Health Cartel area, entered into with the Danish Nurses Organization.
