Dietetic staff member for Team South

Food, Meals & Nutrition is looking for a dietetic staff member for Team South.

Team South consists of several kitchens, with different tasks in the southern part of the municipality. At some of our locations we prepare daily meals for residents in the nursing homes, where proximity to residents and the meal experience is in focus. At the same time we run the production kitchen at Tømmergården, where meals are produced for people living at home across the entire municipality as well as for a few receiving kitchens.

Employment can take place at one of Team South's locations, which include both nursing home kitchens and the production kitchen.

Team South covers kitchens in Vester Åby, Fåborg, Faldsled and Nr. Broby

About us

We prioritise homemade products and make the majority of our food in our own pots with a focus on good taste, high quality and good ingredients.

We have a close collaboration with occupational therapists and dieticians, where nutrition, the meal experience and the individual resident's needs are in focus.

Working hours

The working hours vary somewhat depending on which kitchen you want to be employed at, but within the hours 7.00 – 15.00

you work every 4th weekend in the nursing home kitchens and every 3rd Saturday in our production kitchen Tømmergården

We share the different shifts, and you have influence on your duty calendar.

The position is initially 37 hours per week or a variant thereof. However, we are flexible, and there will be an opportunity to arrange a different number of hours for the right candidate.

Start date

1 December 2026 or by agreement.

• Have a dietetic education
• Can plan, prepare and evaluate food and meals according to the resident's needs
• Can work culinarily and quality-conscious with ingredients and nutrition
• Can apply principles of food hygiene and perform self-checks

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement. Please note that Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality is smoke-free during working hours.
