On behalf of our client in Copenhagen, Work Supply is seeking a professionally strong, digitally savvy and energetic finance assistant. You have a minimum of 3 years solid experience with accounting and concrete payroll administration and wish to be a long-term part of a dynamic developing company. The company uses daily SmartTid and Intect in their solution.
Responsibilities
- Payroll processing and administration (experience with SmartTid and Intect is a big advantage)
- Daily bookkeeping of financial documents and purchase invoices (accounts payable/receivable)
- Reconciliations and administrative financial tasks
- Work in modern ERP, payroll, and BI reporting tools
Your profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience with bookkeeping, accounting and concrete payroll handling
- Skills: Strong digital system understanding, quick to learn and structured
- Personality: High energy, curious, self-driven and ready to actively engage in the team's daily operations
