Office role

The office has both an across-the-board role regarding quality and competence development as well as the responsibility for our communication activities to representatives, stakeholders and property owners within our target group.

The office is responsible for quality assurance of the commercial property valuations in close cooperation with a number of central development offices in the Valuation Authority.

It is responsible for ongoing definition of competency needs and competency development of all employees in commercial in cooperation with the agencys HR department.

Finally, the office is also responsible for the communication activities such as webinars and meetings held with our target groups for commercial, agricultural and other properties. This takes place in close collaboration with the agencys Citizen and Business Communications Office.

The goal for the office is to support continued efficiency of task execution and processes, as well as motivate the employees to deliver a high level of professional quality.

Finally, the head of the office also has the site responsibility for the center in Maribo and acts as deputy to the director at the location.

You report to the Deputy Director of Commercial Property Valuation and are part of a management group with 2 other office heads, located at the Trekroner center, and together form the center management in Commercial Property Valuation.

Salary and terms of employment are negotiated in accordance with the framework agreement on contract employment of managers in the state. The position is classified in salary grade 1, corresponding to salary scale 37. Employment is normally on a fixed-term basis, but there may be potential for permanent employment.
