Omada specialist for technical operations at Statens IT

Can you identify the cause when provisioning fails, import jobs stall, or an upgrade creates problems? We are looking for an experienced Omada specialist who can take technical ownership from fault analysis to a stable production solution.

At Statens IT you will work in depth with Omada Identity Suite, databases, integrations and configuration. You will solve complex operational tasks and be a technical sparring partner for the team, other operations teams, business analysts and the supplier.

About the position Your focus is on technical operations, upgrades and in-depth troubleshooting, and you should see yourself in most of the following tasks:

• Technical operations and incident management
• Complex troubleshooting: Analyze logs, job history and data across imports, calculations, workflows, reconciliation and provisioning. You follow the fault through the data flow and implement a controlled fix.
• Follow up on failed or slow runs and queues via ODW and dashboards, identify bottlenecks and improve monitoring and alerting, together with your colleagues in the team.
• Platform security: Maintain certificates and configurations, contribute to patching and ensure operating procedures for, among other things, emergency lockout and immediate provisioning.
• Updates and upgrades
• Planning: Drive updates, hotfixes and version upgrades. You assess release notes, dependencies and compatibility as well as consequences for integrations and customizations.
• Execution: Prepare and execute upgrade plans from test to production with relevant operations teams.
• Follow-up: Monitor the platform after changes, fix issues and update runbooks, configuration documentation and annual plans.
• Integrations and technical further development
• Maintain and troubleshoot SSIS packages, mappings and connectors to AD, Exchange, Entra ID, PowerShell and REST. You ensure coherence from source data to actually granted access.
• Implement changes in roles, policies, thresholds, workflows, reconciliation and relevant views. You assess implications for data and rights and test before production.
• Support organizational changes and new pillar customers with technical analysis and integration testing as well as automate repetitive operational tasks.

About you You have several years of hands-on experience with Omada Identity Suite, preferably five years or more, and have solved complex operational problems and completed upgrades yourself. You can describe concrete technical problems you have analyzed and solved.

We expect you to be good at collaboration and not least that you can and will take technical ownership of the service.

About Identity & Access Management Team The team currently consists of 22 capable employees who work with AD, Omada, Access Management and reviews of user rights. We are known for good humor and a serious approach to our work in a sometimes hectic daily life.
