On-call substitute who is passionate about nature, play and communities

In Søtorp we dream big – and act on it. We are in full swing to create a daycare where children thrive, learn and develop in meaningful and inspiring learning environments. We are building a large work community with a focus on systematic approaches, many small learning environments and division into smaller child groups – and of course with a strong focus on the nature and science profile. So you need to be able to integrate nature and outdoor life into everyday routines and your pedagogical practice.

We will note if you have experience from associations life, e.g., as a leader or coach. Or have experience from a similar position, but this is not a requirement. Additionally, it will be weighted highly if you have experience with nature and outdoor life and are good at initiating play together with the children.

Are you into active outdoor life, on trips and on the playground, science and immersion, and do you view food & meals as an important element in everyday life, with a focus on the good life for children – yes, then Søtorp is the place for you.
