About the job

Do you want to help strengthen professionalism, quality and direction in the Home Care evening shifts in Rødovre Municipality?

We are looking for two engaged operations and quality managers with delegated leadership competence, who will play a central role in the development of a strong, safe and professionally robust evening shift.

As an operations and quality manager you will be a key person in our new organization, where home care and nursing care are brought together in the evening shift. Here you will have an important role in ensuring a clear presence of leadership and professional support.

We are looking for 2 nurses with an interest in delegated leadership competence across the entire evening shift and motivation to become the central operations and quality bearer in the shift. You will have decision-making authority and a clear coordinating role as an operations- and quality manager, where the staff responsibility is handled by the group leader.

Your main tasks

You will, among other things, have responsibility for

  • assessing and making decisions about staffing and acute personnel allocations
  • prioritizing tasks and creating coherence with other shifts
  • having an overview of resources and working hours and following up that the planned shift is complied with
  • handling relevant inquiries and supporting the coordinating function in daily operations
  • supporting and following up on professional quality, including implementation of workflows, TOBS, triage and learning from adverse events
  • actively contributing to developing and building a unified culture and common professional direction in the evening shift

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague who

  • is a licensed nurse and has solid experience from the primary sector
  • thrives in an environment where operations, acute decisions and quality are in focus
  • takes responsibility, keeps an overview and works with high professionalism
  • is clear, calm and action-oriented even when acute situations arise
  • can work independently and make qualified decisions
  • communicates clearly and trust-inducing and creates good collaborative relationships
  • has experience with quality work, implementation and professional development

It is an advantage if you have experience with coordination, professional guidance and/or informal leadership.

Why choose us

With us you not only get a job, but a unique opportunity to make your professional mark on a new organization of the evening shift.

We offer

  • a central role with significant influence on day-to-day operations and professional quality
  • a professional leadership role with decision-making competence and responsibility for coordination, without personnel responsibility
  • a strong interdisciplinary collaboration between home care and nursing care
  • good opportunities for professional development, sparring and learning
  • opportunity to shape the development of workflows, quality and culture
  • a workplace in change with strong management support
  • a attractive work week, Monday–Thursday, 14:30–23:30
  • a work environment where mistakes are used for learning, and where you stand together

The position is organizationally anchored under the managers of the evening shift. The daily attendance in each group will be about 20 employees, distributed across two teams.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. The positions are 36 hours distributed over 4 shifts per week in the evening shift. The distribution we agree together.

The appointment will be for 37 hours, but you are scheduled for 36 hours.
