About the position

At Nøddebo, work starts from the individual citizen's wishes, needs and goals, as described in VUM 2.0. We work closely with the citizens to create a daily life characterized by quality of life, development and the greatest possible self-reliance.

Interventions are documented in Nexus and include both pedagogical and health-related perspectives. Documentation is done in collaboration with the citizen and supports a systematic and targeted effort.

We work interdisciplinary with a basis in an everyday life marked by safety, familiarity and predictability. Our professional practice is inspired by Low Arousal, Gentle Teaching and an appreciative approach.

About Nøddebo

Nøddebo is part of Area Ørum and is a 24/7 offering in the Social sector for adults with significant and lasting psychological and physical functional impairments. Citizens require support, care and practical help in daily life, and there is a night shift with awake coverage.

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement. Shift work and work every other weekend can be expected.
