Educator for Kokkedalen - Do you want to be the children's 'Alfred'

The position is initially 37 hours per week, but the number of hours can be agreed according to needs.

Start date 1 January 2027.

You probably know him from Emil of Lönneberg: the adult who meets the child with complete acceptance, sees the good behind the wild, and is the safe harbor. Inspired by Tea Thyrre Sørensens’ pedagogical ideas, we take pride in giving you the time and framework to build the deep, meaningful relationships that all children need.

Who are we?

We are part of a small local community in full swing, where more families choose our area. This means that we have expanded our capacity with another small house with space for two groups of children. Kokkedal Nursery Houses are part of the Lynge cluster and consist of three small, cozy departments with space for 2-3 groups of children in each house, located close to one another. Our 3 houses together form an integrated 0-6 year old institution. It gives us the best from both worlds: the safe and close atmosphere of the small house combined with the strength of being one integrated institution.

Here children, parents and colleagues know each other across. We have large, green playgrounds with fire pits, hiding places and big trees – and we often roll out into the world on our cargo bikes. At the same time, our close collaboration ensures a smooth and safe transition when toddlers move on to kindergarten. The institution is open Monday to Thursday from 6:45 to 17:00, Friday from 7:00 to 16:00

• Can see the wonderful thing about being part of a small house and at the same time a larger cluster
