Permanent night shift at Højvangen in Ørum

Are you a social- and health helper (SSH) or a social- and health assistant (SSA), and do you thrive best when the rest of the world is asleep?

We are looking for one fixed night shift at Højvangen in Ørum. The position is arranged as 7-7 , so you work seven nights and have seven days off.

With us you get a night shift position with responsibility, independence and the opportunity to use your professional skills. You will also become part of a house where we know each other, help each other and focus on Højvangen being a safe and good home for our residents.

Night requires something special. You must be able to stay calm, create security and at the same time act professionally and independently when the situation calls for it.

We therefore imagine that you

• are educated social- and health helper or social- and health assistant
• are stable, responsible and thrive with independent work
• can create calm, security and homeliness around the residents
• have an eye for each resident's needs and can prioritise your shift accordingly
• work professionally and follow applicable guidelines and instructions
• contribute positively to the collaboration and the working environment
• see opportunities and solutions, even when something unexpected arises
• are happy to have knowledge of Nexus, but it is not a requirement

Højvangen is a smaller and manageable care and nursing center in Ørum.

Salary and employment

The salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Before employment and entering into the salary agreement you have the possibility to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position.
