About the job

There are two permanent positions (37 hours) for appointment on 01.12.2026.

Would you like to make a difference for children, young people and their families through early intervention treatment, then we have an exciting position for you.

Our treatment offer for children and young people is growing, and we therefore need 2 new colleagues who want and have the competencies to take on the treatment task.

As a psychologist in the Easily Accessible Treatment Offer you will be part of a strong multidisciplinary team that provides early preventive treatment for children and adolescents with mild mental health difficulties, as well as guidance for their parents. We offer both individual and group programs for children and young people who are in the target group for easily accessible treatment.

Your main tasks will be

  • Planning, conducting and evaluating individual treatment courses for children and young people, including Mind My Mind programs.
  • Systematic assessment of the treatment needs of children and young people.
  • Involvement and guidance of parents as a central part of the treatment.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and relevant partners in the child and adolescent area.
  • Contribution to development and quality assurance of the treatment offer.

We are looking for a psychologist who

  • Has completed practical training or is well on the way there.
  • Has experience with therapeutic treatment of children, young people and families.
  • Has solid general clinical experience and can translate psychological knowledge into concrete treatment courses.
  • Has interest in or experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Thrives in a structured and manual-based work approach, while tailoring the treatment to the individual family.
  • Can create good relationships with children, young people and parents.
  • Works independently while actively contributing to the multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Has strong written and communication skills.

We particularly value

We want a psychologist with broad clinical experience who can see the value in both structured, manualized treatment programs like Mind My Mind and in applying clinical judgment to adapt the intervention to the individual child or adolescent. Experience from PPR, child and adolescent psychiatry, municipal treatment offers or private practice will be an advantage but is not a requirement.

This position provides an opportunity to work with early intervention and evidence-based treatment in a professionally strong environment where the well-being of children, adolescents and families is central.

We focus on creating coherent interventions around children and young people, and you must therefore be willing to and find it exciting to work with complex psychological treatment tasks in close collaboration with families, with bridging to the child’s school services when meaningful.

As an employee and colleague we look for that you

  • Can remain calm in rooms where strong emotions are at play at times.
  • Are reliable and thrive in both independent and collaborative task solving.
  • Enjoy and want to contribute to an informal tone of communication.
  • Can plan your time independently and prioritize tasks within given frameworks.

We can offer a job with

  • The possibility to independently plan your workday within an overarching framework.
  • Flexitime arrangement.
  • Ongoing supervision.
  • Working days that in periods may be busy and demanding.
  • Good collegial and professional communities – both multidisciplinary and single-discipline.
  • Good colleagues and an informal working tone, where we help each other.
  • Trust-based management and leadership focus on a culture with professional and personal development opportunities.

Working hours are planned in the time window 07:00-17:00.

It is a condition of employment that you have a driving license and can use your own car during working hours.
