Together with our well-established and skilled team of post-awarders you will be responsible for our portfolio of external grants from contract formation to final reporting. Your tasks will mainly include:

  • Communicating grant conditions from primarily Danish public and private foundations as well as ITU's procedures for appointments, procurement and travel, etc., to the grantors.
  • Coordinating the signing of contracts and collaboration agreements etc. in collaboration with external parties, grant holders and contract lawyers in Legal.
  • Coordinating project appointments in collaboration with grant holders, the PhD School, HR consultants and controllers.

  • Plan and prepare annual and final accounts for grantors, including assisting your colleagues in pre-award and post-award with quality assurance of budgets and accounts.
  • Ensure recording and archiving of project documents and other relevant correspondence on the grant file in our ESDH system.
  • Update our research administration system with awarded grants and completed research projects.

In daily work you will collaborate with your colleagues and grant holders on the everyday small and large routines in the research area. We primarily use Teams, Excel and the ESDH system F2 as well as the research administration system PURE.

We place high value on inclusion, collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you are motivated by and able to share your insights and also benefit from your colleagues' insights and experiences.

We imagine you have a relevant education at master's level and perhaps you have knowledge of administration of grants from a university or other research institution. It is important for us that you:

  • can efficiently navigate large, complex documents, including guidelines and terms from funders.
  • can work independently and maintain an overview of ITU's procedures as well as reporting and deadlines for projects you administer.
  • can speak and write English at a high level.

As a person you are approachable and respond well to both ongoing inquiries from grant holders and colleagues as well as ongoing adjustments of cross-cutting workflows at IT- University.
