Project and Order Coordinator

COORDINATOR WANTED FOR FALENGREEN A/S

Would you like to help concept-develop and develop exciting products that generate interest among retailers and foodservice? Would you like to work in a flat and dynamic organization where you are allowed to work independently with tasks? Then we are seeking a coordinator who can follow goods from idea to development and finished product.

The position will be a combination of packaging development and product setup together with order coordination, ensuring that the goods reach from producer to customer and that all order flow en route is followed.

We offer an exciting job as a coordinator, involving broad shared responsibility for product development, namely concept development, packaging development, product setup and order coordination.

Examples of tasks

• Market research
• Supplier contact
• Structuring purchasing agreements.
• Packaging development.
• Project participation at start-up and launch of new products..
• Calculations.
• Sales and customer presentations.
• Order handling from customers
• Order handling towards producers and carriers
• Various ad hoc tasks.

You will have a place in an office where we can offer skilled colleagues in purchasing, sales and marketing, and where the tone is straightforward and informal.

You will also participate in the daily task solving in collaboration with the rest of the team around sales work, packaging development, quality assurance, marketing activities and coordinate projects with customers.

We expect that you

• have a good project understanding and can follow projects through to completion
• have good structure
• have good commercial understanding
• have plenty of go-getting attitude and good ideas
• are optimistic and see opportunities rather than limitations
• speak and write fluent English and preferably also German and/or French
• are proficient in IT, especially NAV/Business Central and Excel
• are outgoing and with humor
• have a pronounced numerical understanding and can independently process data for use in statistics, forecasting and optimization of the value chain

Additionally, it is important that you are engaged and willing to learn new things. That you are cooperative and get things solved across several functions and thus thrive in a small team where everyone lends a hand and can see the benefits of it. If you have knowledge of retail, it is an advantage. Also, we would prefer a candidate with knowledge of the food industry. It could also be advantageous with a higher education in trade and purchasing.
