Project Manager for internal construction projects

Get a role as an independent project manager in a Nordic logistics company with its own construction department.

TA Logistics and Frode Laursen are seeking a project manager who will take on the responsibility as project manager for construction projects on our properties in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

You will become part of our construction department of 12 employees, responsible for new construction, renovation and maintenance of our logistics properties. All new builds and renovations are carried out according to our Green Warehouse Vision.

As a project manager you will report to the building manager, and you will execute new construction and renovations on our existing properties. Your task is to ensure cost-effective solutions. You will have a fixed workplace in Vitten near Aarhus, but should expect about 25 travel days in the Nordic region per year.

Today Frode Laursen owns approx. 700,000 m2 of logistics properties as well as a large number of rental housing. The number of logistics properties and housing is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. In the last 5-8 years we have planned and carried out the construction of approximately 250,000 m2 of new logistics properties in the Nordics.

DAdditionally, there are a large number of renovation projects of both logistics, office and residential properties.

Your role

• Drive construction projects of new buildings from start to finish.
• Participate in regulatory dialogue through the construction project.
• Budgeting and obtaining bids for construction tasks.
• Ensure handover of new construction to internal operations.

Your profile

We imagine that you have a degree as building constructor or building engineer with a few years of experience in project – and construction management. You are motivated by working on several projects at once and take pride in delivering a construction project that meets both the agreed time and framework.

You can preferably communicate in English and German (written and spoken) or just one of the languages.
