Are you as we are completely crazy about working to help young people develop and thrive?

In UngeKontakten we carry out interventions for young people aged 15-29 who need support in the transition to adulthood in accordance with the Children’s Act and the Social Services Act. We work with individual pathways, group programs and family treatment for young people and their parents (15-18 years).

UngeKontakten consists of staff with several professional backgrounds; Psychologist, Family therapists and Contact persons, and in our daily work we aim to bring all good competencies into play in order to meet the young people and their parents with a strong interdisciplinary approach.

In UngeKontakten you will be responsible for individual contact person trajectories, therapy courses, and family treatment courses, and the tasks will be both preventive and more extensive interventions.

You must be prepared to work mobile and flexible, as the task-solving takes place in the young person’s home, out in the local community and in UngeKontakten’s wonderful house.

It is important that in your self-planning you take into account the nature of the task together with the young person and/or families’ needs for support.

You will need to be willing and eager to participate in facilitating group programs in cooperation with colleagues, aimed at supporting the young person’s development, resources and network.

We emphasize that you

· Are a trained psychologist

· Have experience with counseling and treatment of young people and their families

· Have experience from psychiatry, including preferably experience with eating disorders and autism

· Can work independently, but value and weight multidisciplinary collaboration highly

· It is advantageous if you have experience planning and conducting group and learning programs

· Are clear that the job entails afternoon/evening working hours

· Contribute to a good working environment and to ongoing professional sparring in UngeKontakten

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement. In addition, employment is conditioned on a satisfactory child and criminal record check.
